Shinhwa member Shin Hye-sung (real name Jung Pil-kyo, 46) has sold his small building in Gangnam.
On the 12th, Korea Economic Daily reported that Shin Hye-sung sold a building in Nonhyeon-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, for 5.55 billion won on the 29th of last month. He had previously purchased the building in May 2022 for 4.9 billion won, resulting in a price difference of 650 million won.
However, it is reported that he effectively took a loss on the sale when considering the large-scale remodeling and expansion work he undertook after purchase, as well as acquisition taxes and bank interest paid over time.
It is predicted that Shin Hye-sung spent approximately 800 million to 900 million won on construction costs alone.
Meanwhile, Shin Hye-sung debuted in 1998 as a member of Shinhwa. He later gained significant popularity as a solo artist starting in 2005.
