Singer Sookhee Returns with Heartfelt New Single

Singer Sookhee has released “I Hope You’re Doing Well,” a song that captures the calm emotions of a breakup, much like a greeting sent after a long time.

Sookhee sings about the feelings that can only be revisited after time has passed. She released her new digital single “I Hope You’re Doing Well” on the 4th through various online music platforms.

The new track is a ballad that delicately unfolds the lingering emotions and the greetings one can finally deliver calmly long after a breakup.

With lyrics such as “I hope you’re doing well, living without any trouble” and “Even though much time has passed, I occasionally think of your name,” the song sincerely portrays the heart of someone quietly reflecting on memories rather than trying to cling to a past love.

Sookhee maximizes the song’s immersion with her deep vocals and restrained emotional delivery. The narrative flows naturally, starting with a simple, everyday tone in the intro and gradually building up the emotional intensity toward the end.

Her delicate breathing and expressive use of space are expected to leave listeners with a calm yet long-lasting impression.

The quality of the track was further enhanced by the participation of producers Pilseungbulpae and Young-oh (05).

Since her debut in 2009 with “Heavenly Woman (Feat. PK Heman)” from Jo Young-soo’s project single “SG Wannabe & Sookhee,” Sookhee has been actively releasing music across various moods and OSTs.

Sookhee’s new digital single “I Hope You’re Doing Well” is now available on all major music sites.
