Ssireum champion Lee Man-ki shared the joyful news of becoming a grandfather to triplets!
Lee Man-ki and his second son, Lee Dong-hoon, appeared as guests on KBS 1TV’s ‘AM Plaza’ aired on May 5.
When asked about his recent life, Lee Man-ki opened up, saying, “I’ve finally become a grandfather.” He surprised everyone by revealing, “It’s not just one, but triplets!” Among the three grandchildren, whose birth registrations were just completed, the first is a grandson, and the second and third are granddaughters.
Lee Man-ki joked, “It’s a celebration, but now that the grandchildren are born, I wonder how to raise them. It’s hard enough to raise one these days.” He added, “My eldest son’s shoulders are sagging. So, I told them my wife will take one, my daughter-in-law will take one, and Dong-hoon will take one. I have to go out and work.”
Lee Man-ki also shared his cute worries, saying, “They say people become fools when grandchildren are born. I’ve raised sons, but I think grandchildren will be different. Since my son and daughter-in-law are there, I feel a bit hesitant to get too close.”
