Actress Kim Bo-mi is scheduled to undergo emergency surgery on the 18th due to urinary stones.
On her SNS yesterday, Kim Bo-mi shared a photo of herself in the emergency room along with a post stating, “I’ve decided to go in for emergency surgery tomorrow.”
She expressed her fear, saying, “The procedure didn’t go well, so I’m back in the ER,” and adding, “This is my first time under general anesthesia, and I’m already so scared I can’t think of anything.”
The pain reportedly began on May 15, which was her birthday. After being rushed to the ER by ambulance on her birthday, she later underwent a procedure for urinary stones at a general hospital. However, severe pain persisted after the procedure failed, forcing her to return to the emergency room.
As fans expressed their concern, Kim Bo-mi shared, “You’ve sent so many messages. I’ll reply to each one. Thank you for worrying about me.”
Born in 1987 and now 39 years old, Kim Bo-mi gained significant popularity for her role as young Bok-hee in the 2011 film ‘Sunny’. She married ballet dancer Yoon Jeon-il in June 2020 and has one son and one daughter.
