Tonight (27th) at 10 PM, TV CHOSUN’s global survival show ‘Survival King 2’ will see the fates of survival experts from four different countries diverge sharply.
While ‘Team Kim Byung-man’ is fully recharged after a successful hunt and a good night’s sleep in the jungle, ‘Team Yoshinari’ (who only slept for 45 minutes) and ‘Team Hero’ (who stayed awake on watch all night) have reached their limits. Especially for ‘Team Hero’, who hasn’t secured a single flag and is desperate to escape last place, an epic physical showdown is about to unfold.
The mission this time is a one-on-one log wrestling match while holding a 100kg log.
From Korea’s ‘Team Kim Byung-man’, Young-hoon steps up. His opponent is Shinya from Japan’s ‘Team Yoshinari’, a former rugby player with incredible strength. Young-hoon shows his grit, saying, “Since I can’t avoid it, let’s just do it thinking I’m going to die.”
‘Team Hero’, the only team without a flag, must win this mission. Team leader Hero expresses his desperation, saying, “I have to get one flag for Malaysia. This pressure is really hard to explain.” He will face Shikai from ‘Team Shikai’, a former parkour coach, promising a nail-biting match. All eyes are on whether they can finally escape last place.
Meanwhile, the aftermath of overnight heavy rain and extreme hunger hits Japan’s ‘Team Yoshinari’. Team leader Yoshinari, who barely slept or ate, admits his limits, saying, “I’m a 48-year-old man who can’t move without sleep or food.” Team member Shohei also can’t hide his concern, noting, “Yoshinari hyung’s complexion looks really bad.”
