Actress Kang Mina is making waves online after revealing her slimmed-down look, having lost a whopping 10kg!
In the web variety show ‘Life 84’ released on the 14th, Kang Mina reunited with webtoon artist and entertainer Kian84 after about a year for a fun chat at a fishing spot.
Appearing noticeably slimmer in the video, Kang Mina surprised Kian84 and the production team by revealing, “I lost about 10kg compared to a year ago.” When asked about her intense diet secret, she explained, “Rather than exercising separately, I focused on diet management.” She left everyone in awe by sharing that she endured hunger by ordering a single sandwich and splitting it exactly in half for lunch and dinner. Even Kian84, who recently lost weight while preparing for a marathon, was amazed by her strong determination.
Beyond her diet news, Kang Mina shared updates on her acting career. She announced that she has successfully finished filming the new drama ‘Tomorrow’s Work’ alongside Seo In Guk and also successfully pulled off a bold transformation playing a high school student in the recently released horror-thriller drama ‘Tarot’.
When Kian84 gave her a surprise compliment, saying, “I watched the drama, and you’re really good at swearing,” Kang Mina led the atmosphere with her signature wit, replying, “If you were so immersed that you couldn’t tell if it was real or acting, doesn’t that mean I’ve completely succeeded as an actress?”
