Stephanie, Lina, and Sunday of The Grace have reunited to celebrate their 21st debut anniversary! However, fans are feeling a bit sad after news broke that member Dana was unable to join the gathering.
On the 13th, Stephanie shared several photos of the reunion on her personal account with a sweet, short caption: “Our 21st anniversary.”
The photos show Stephanie, Lina, and Sunday beaming with smiles in comfortable outfits, proving their friendship is as strong as ever. Stephanie radiated her signature bright energy with a playful pose, looking as if she were running toward the camera. Sunday also shared that the group moved to her home after their meeting to spend a long time catching up.
Having debuted on May 1, 2005, The Grace earned massive love from the public for their overwhelming vocals and spectacular performances. While it was a meaningful 21st-anniversary meeting, Dana’s absence has left fans wondering.
Dana previously made headlines in 2019 when she lost a whopping 27kg from a weight of nearly 80kg. Although there were reports that she maintained her weight through 2022, she has been completely absent from official activities and public updates for about three years now.
In relation to this, comments made by Lina, Sunday, and Stephanie during their appearance on singer Kim Jaejoong’s YouTube channel last October are drawing attention again. At the time, the members explained Dana’s cautious position, stating, “Dana asked for our understanding because she isn’t personally ready,” and “She said she still feels shy to stand before the media and everyone, so the members understand.”
Currently, Lina, Sunday, and Stephanie are all actively pursuing their own paths. Sunday, in particular, married a former model in 2020 and has a daughter. She is also generating excitement with news of her new personal channel and “alter ego” activities. As fans continue to hope for a full The Grace stage, all eyes are on the members’ diverse journeys.
