The “Trot Empress” Song Ga-in has successfully wrapped up her first-ever bazaar, announcing that all proceeds will be donated to spread warmth and love.
On the 27th, a video titled “Revealing Song Ga-in’s recommended and favorite items… the profits are huge?! Opened first-ever bazaar” was uploaded to her channel, ‘Song Ga-in’. In the video, Song Ga-in shared the reason behind the event, saying, “I decided to hold a bazaar because I realized I had too many things at home and needed to organize. I wanted to donate all the profits to elderly people in underprivileged groups.”

Song Ga-in’s initial goal was to raise 1 million won. She put in incredible effort, spending 14 hours a day for two weeks personally selecting items. After moving a whole truckload of belongings, she joked, “It was so exhausting that it’s a miracle I didn’t get sick, but thanks to that, my bloating went away!” The bazaar featured a wide variety of her personal treasures, including cherished clothing, glasses, skin care devices, and even a food waste disposer.
The bazaar was packed with fans who rushed to the scene after seeing the online announcement. Thanks to the overwhelming support, most of the items were completely sold out within just 30 minutes. Surprised by the speed, Song Ga-in brought laughter to the crowd by playfully lamenting, “I should have brought more things from my house!”

The final profit totaled a staggering 11.37 million won, more than ten times her original goal. Seeing the amount, Song Ga-in couldn’t hide her shock, saying, “I thought it would be great if I could just sell 1 million won worth of stuff, but oh my goodness, it became several times that!” She further emphasized, “Please don’t misunderstand, I’m not keeping this money. I will make sure it is delivered as a donation for the underprivileged,” while expressing deep gratitude to the fans who participated.

Since her debut in 2012, Song Ga-in went through a long period of obscurity before skyrocketing to superstardom as the first-ever winner (Jin) of ‘Miss Trot’. She recently addressed rumors claiming she possesses 20 billion won in assets, firmly stating, “I haven’t earned enough to buy multiple houses. It’s all fake news.”
Even amidst baseless rumors, Song Ga-in showed the true side of an artist by willingly giving away her personal belongings and returning the love she received from the public through positive influence.
