The May 6th episode of MBC’s ‘Radio Star’ featured a special titled “Meeting the Eye-glint,” with guests Choi Daniel, Nam Gyu-ri, Ahn Ji-young, and Beomgyu.
During the show, Beomgyu revealed his competitive side, calling his fellow group member Soobin a “fierce rival” when it comes to variety shows. Beomgyu shared, “Soobin hyung and I often have variety show battles in TXT. I even cut a watermelon myself (during a previous appearance), and the reaction was so great that I was actually jealous! Soobin hyung is funny with his words, while I’m the type to push through with high energy. I’ll try to be funny in a different way this time.”
When Kim Gura asked if he should be going out more, Beomgyu surprised him by answering, “No, no, no.” He explained his perspective, saying, “You never know what might happen in the world. It’s just great to play the games I love with seniors I admire.”
