Um Hyun-kyung was completely flustered after developing romantic feelings for Yoon Jong-hoon in ‘Happy Our Good Day’!
In the May 4th episode of KBS 1TV’s ‘Happy Our Good Day’, Eun-ae (played by Um Hyun-kyung) found her heart fluttering after receiving a text message sent by mistake by Gyeol (played by Yoon Jong-hoon).
The episode showed Seung-ri (played by Yoon Na-young) apologizing to Eun-ae for acting sensitively regarding Gyeol. Eun-ae humbly replied, “Not at all, Manager. You and the Team Leader are like family, and I was overstepping.”
Eun-ae also clarified a misunderstanding, saying, “There is one thing I want to tell you. I think you misunderstood. When I said I liked the Team Leader so much last night, I actually meant I liked Joy. The Team Leader finally opened the server for me.”
Seung-ri brushed it off, saying, “I didn’t misunderstand. I’m not curious enough to need that explanation,” but then encouraged her, “Now that the server is open, give it your best. If you show results in this competition, it will be a great opportunity for you, Jo Eun-ae.” Eun-ae was deeply touched by Seung-ri’s consideration.
The real twist? Eun-ae has started feeling romantic attraction toward Gyeol, who was previously her rival! While exchanging work-related texts, Gyeol accidentally sent an emoticon that said “Dream of me,” leaving Eun-ae baffled as she wondered, “What is this?”
Gyeol was horrified when he realized his mistake and rushed to unsend the message, hoping Eun-ae hadn’t seen it. However, Eun-ae had already caught the content through the preview. Feeling her heart race, she took a deep breath and muttered, “Was the shock too much? Why is my heart doing this?”
By the end of the episode, Gyeol and Eun-ae, who had been working so hard they were surviving on lunch boxes, fell asleep with their heads leaning against each other. The scene ended with a shocked Seung-ri discovering them, signaling the start of an intense love polygon!
