Lee Sora from ‘Sora and Jinkyoung’ is bringing an unmatched level of confidence to her online English interviews!
In previous episodes of ‘Sora and Jinkyoung’, Lee Sora and Hong Jin-kyung worked on boosting their confidence with realistic advice from overseas veteran Han Hye-jin and support from 93-year-old fashion designer Jin Tae-ok. After receiving love calls from three local agencies in Paris, the duo prepared for their real-life English interviews with help from Sung Si-kyung, “honorary Brit” Baek Jin-kyung, and Hong Jin-kyung’s daughter, Lael.
The preview for episode 3 reveals the tension of the online interviews. Putting Baek Jin-kyung’s advice that “English is all about confidence” into practice, Lee Sora showcased her signature boldness by shouting “BAAAM!” during the interview. While the interviewer maintained a subtle, unreadable expression despite the intense reaction, Hong Jin-kyung looked on in panic, wondering, “What do I do with this unnie?”
On the other hand, Hong Jin-kyung caused laughter when she instinctively tried to refer to her notes after an unexpected question. However, she couldn’t hide her nerves when the interviewer ended the conversation, stating, “I think I’ve heard enough of the necessary answers.” Curiosity is peaking after the interviewer gave a mysterious “I don’t know yet” when asked about the results.
All eyes are now on whether Lee Sora, armed with her “confidence English,” and Hong Jin-kyung, who fought through with her notes, will secure their tickets to Paris.
