Ahn Sung-hoon has shared his honest thoughts on his new challenge as an MC!
During the production presentation for TV CHOSUN’s new variety show ‘Miss Trot For You’ held on the morning of May 14 at the Gasan-dong studio in Geumcheon-gu, Seoul, Ahn Sung-hoon was asked about his experience in the role. He humbly opened up, saying, “I’m still too lacking to be called an MC.”
He continued, “I want to approach the role with the vibe of a student teacher for the TOP7, like a comfortable older brother.”
When asked if he prefers being an MC or a singer, he confessed, “Honestly, singing is more comfortable. With singing, you just react once the song is over. But after trying MCing, I realized how amazing Boom and Song Eun-i are and how well they take care of everyone. You have to constantly look after people without a break, stay focused, and constantly think about what to say.”
However, he remained optimistic, adding, “I believe I have room for growth. I think I have potential.”
Meanwhile, ‘Miss Trot For You’ is an exciting and touching duet music show featuring the TOP7 of ‘Miss Trot 4’ and special partners. It marks the first spin-off variety show for the ‘Miss Trot 4’ TOP7 (Jin Lee Sona, Seon Heo Chan-mi, Mi Hong Seong-yun, Gil Ryeo-won, Yoon Tae-hwa, Yoon Yun-seo, and Yeom Yu-ri). The first episode premieres on the 14th at 10 PM.
