Yoo Jae Suk ended up holding an unintentional guerrilla fan meeting at Cheonggyecheon!
In the SBS ‘Running Man’ episode aired on the 24th, members headed to Cheonggyecheon for missions with guests Kang Sora and Ahn Jae Hyun.
The episode featured the “Why is Running Man like that” race, where members had to choose between a “stable” roulette or a “one-shot” roulette to earn mission funds. It was a total “dopamine” race!
Kang Sora, returning to the show after six years, and Ahn Jae Hyun, making his first appearance, joined the members in missions like Alkkagi and guessing K-pop songs before moving to Cheonggyecheon.
The members split into two teams at Cheonggyecheon to compete for a “reset ticket,” which would allow them to spin the roulette once more.
On a beautiful day, the two teams were given different missions among the crowds. One team had to eat tacos without being noticed by citizens, while the other had to take photos with as many people as possible.
The first team set out to eat their tacos in secret. Song Ji Hyo immediately caused chaos and laughter by loudly calling out Yang Se Chan’s name.
While Song Ji Hyo and Yang Se Chan were eating smoothly, Haha was spotted inhaling his tacos under the stairs, looking like someone who had just entered the secular world.
As Yang Se Chan and Haha hid after eating, Yang Se Chan spotted Yoo Jae Suk in the crowd and whispered, “Hyung, let’s shout ‘It’s Yoo Jae Suk!'”
To draw all the attention to him, the two shouted, “It’s Yoo Jae Suk! The person in yellow is Yoo Jae Suk!” As they openly promoted him, citizens turned their heads in unison, shouting, “Huh? It’s Yoo Jae Suk!”
Yoo Jae Suk tried to hide by bowing his head, but citizens flocked around him to take photos, creating a scene that looked just like a red-carpet photo zone.
Even before the taco could touch his lips, Yoo Jae Suk’s name was being called by everyone. He tried his best to ignore them and pull out his taco, but the citizens continued to snap photos of him eating, turning the mission into an impromptu fan meeting.
