Yoo Seung-jun Opens Up: “There’s Nothing I Can’t Talk About” in New YouTube Q&A

Singer Yoo Seung-jun is getting ready to communicate directly with his fans!

Yoo Seung-jun Opens Up:

Emphasizing that this isn’t just a counseling session, Yoo Seung-jun shared, “I am someone who has faced many ups and downs and carries a heavy burden in life,” adding, “I believe I’m a suitable person to share your concerns with.”

He further noted, “I think people usually feel truly lonely and desperate when they can’t open up about their pain and worries to anyone.”

Catching everyone’s attention, Yoo Seung-jun stated, “Any question is fine, even those related to my own issues,” and added, “There’s nothing I can’t talk about now.”

Regarding the video, he explained, “Rather than flashy stories, I want to share my life and heart exactly as they are. Whether it’s a worry you couldn’t easily tell anyone or small stories you want to share, any content is welcome.”

Meanwhile, Yoo Seung-jun gained massive popularity after his 1997 debut song ‘Scissors’, followed by hits like ‘Nanana’ and ‘Passion’. However, a military evasion controversy erupted in 2002 when he acquired US citizenship right before his enlistment, leading to a ban on his entry into Korea.

Since then, he has been in a legal battle with the government over the issuance of an overseas Korean (F-4) visa. Despite winning twice in the Supreme Court, the LA Consulate has continued to refuse the visa. He is currently in an appellate trial to cancel the third refusal.
