ASTRO member Yoon San Ha is back after 10 months with a new song that showcases a more independent and deeper identity.
On the 20th at 6 PM, Yoon San Ha released his third solo mini-album ‘NO REASON’ across various music platforms, along with the music video for the title track ‘IDK ME’.
This marks Yoon San Ha’s first solo release in about 10 months since his second mini-album ‘CHAMELEON’ last July. Now in his third year of solo activities, he focused on accepting and expressing his true self in this album rather than trying to prove something.
The title track ‘IDK ME’ is short for ‘I don’t know me.’ It is an intuitive song that captures his determination to maintain an independent attitude without being swayed by others’ perspectives or standards.

As seen in these lyrics, the song is a declaration that he won’t be bound by the expectations or molds of those around him. In particular, with the line “IDK ME / But I like this vibe,” he conveys a message of fully loving who he is now, even if he cannot perfectly define himself.
Yoon San Ha participated in the overall process from the planning stage, weaving his identity as a solo artist throughout the album. He proved his matured musical capabilities by including his self-composed track ‘If We’ and participating in the lyrics for the song ‘+1’.
Just as he mentioned in a Q&A before the release that he “captured Yoon San Ha himself,” ‘NO REASON’ is expected to be the most honest new chapter for Yoon San Ha, breaking free from the stereotypes that once confined him.
