Singer Yoon Sang shared a sweet story about asking junior singer IU for an autograph for the first time in his life, all thanks to his son’s fan heart.
In a video titled “Thank You Father, Thank You Son” uploaded to the YouTube channel ‘Yojung Jaehyung’ on the 10th, Yoon Sang revealed, “IU is the first junior artist I’ve ever asked for an autograph from,” adding, “I was able to ask because we’re close.”
When host Jung Jaehyung asked Anton, Yoon Sang’s son and member of the group RIIZE, “You were born with Yoon Sang as your dad. When did you realize he was a singer?”, Yoon Sang jokingly countered, “He was living in the US, so how would he have known I was a singer?”

Yoon Sang recalled the moment his son first discovered his musical career, saying, “Chanyoung (Anton) first saw my performance during a concert with Kim Kwang-min and Lee Byung-woo in 2011.” However, Anton remembered it differently, asking, “Was it when I met IU nuna?”
Yoon Sang jokingly acted hurt, saying, “IU comes up before me,” while explaining that he and IU became close after he provided her with a song.
