Actress Kang Byeol has truly become the spark of the show! She first caught the public’s attention back in 2008 through the Mnet variety show ‘Jun Jin’s High School Girls 4’.
In the episode of the KBS 2TV weekend drama ‘Prescribing Love’ that aired on the 16th, Hwangbo Hye-soo (played by Kang Byeol) made a scene by appearing at a fashion show alongside Chairman Hwangbo. Previously, Hye-soo had expressed anxiety as Yang Hyun-bin’s (played by Park Ki-woong) position became unstable due to pressure from Director Baek (played by Ryu Jin).

Hwangbo Hye-soo surprised everyone by bringing Chairman Hwangbo directly to the fashion show. The tension ramped up with a flashback to the previous day, where she poured her heart out to her father in his hospital room about whether the fashion division would survive.
Hye-soo exploded in anger when her father stated that Yang Hyun-bin’s future would be decided based on the fashion show’s results. Yet, she still managed to bring laughs with her realistic charm while reacting to her father’s pressure on Yang Hyun-bin.

It was also revealed that Hwangbo Hye-soo has a half-sibling. While opening up to Park Jun-hyuk (played by Han Seung-won), she expressed complex emotions, saying, “I wish my half-sibling would appear.”
Kang Byeol naturally brought out the bright energy of her character, refreshing the overall mood of the drama. She added a bubbly charm to every scene and proved her presence with stable acting, even within a potentially heavy storyline.
‘Prescribing Love’ airs every Saturday and Sunday at 8 PM.
