K-Top Star, in collaboration with the Stardom app, is hosting the ‘2026 2nd Korea Trot Grand Prix’, the largest trot fan-voting survival event in Korea!
Following the first competition where 100 candidates fought for a spot on the New York Times Square billboard over four intense weeks, this year’s event returns with more refined rules and overwhelming prizes for the winners.
This second competition features 64 of the top trot stars, with 32 men and 32 women. Candidates are divided into four groups (A to D, with 8 people each), and only the top 4 from each group will advance to the round of 16, adding a thrilling layer of survival to the competition.
The most striking change is the massive expansion of the winner’s benefits. Moving beyond the New York Times Square ad from the first event, the final male and female winners will now receive the honor of having large billboard ads displayed simultaneously in three global landmarks: New York Times Square in the USA, Shinjuku Yunika Vision in Tokyo, Japan, and Dosan-daero in Gangnam, Korea.
The full schedule kicks off on May 18 at 10 AM with the round of 32 voting. After the round of 16 and round of 8 votes to determine the survivors, the grand finale (round of 4 and final) will take place from May 27 at 3 PM until midnight on May 31.
