Singer Heo Chanmi is finally experiencing the joy of appearing in her first fixed variety show, 16 years after her debut!
A production presentation for ‘Miss Trot For You’ was held on the morning of the 14th at the TV Chosun studio in Gasan-dong, Geumcheon-gu, Seoul. The event was attended by PD Lim Ji-hoon, CP Min Byeong-ju, MCs Boom and Ahn Sung-hoon, as well as Lee Sona, Heo Chanmi, Hong Seong-yun, Gil Ryeo-won, Yoon Tae-hwa, Yoon Yoon-seo, and Yeom Yu-ri.
‘Miss Trot For You’ is an exciting competition where the TOP7 members of ‘Miss Trot 4’, which concluded last March, team up with special partners to create passionate and touching duets.
Heo Chanmi has earned the nickname “audition 4-timer” after appearing in Mnet’s ‘Produce 101’, JTBC’s ‘Mix Nine’, TV Chosun’s ‘Miss Trot 2’, and most recently ‘Miss Trot 4’ starting last December.
About two months after ‘Miss Trot 4’ ended, Heo Chanmi is returning to an audition-style program. She expressed her excitement, saying, “It’s my first fixed program in 16 years since my debut, so it feels very special and I’m thrilled.”
She added, “I’m getting more nervous because I’m so curious about who my duet partners will be. I’m actually quite worried that the non-celebrity participants might sing better than me, so I feel like I need to practice a lot.”
Meanwhile, ‘Miss Trot For You’ premieres today at 10 PM.
