Interest is heating up for the third season of tvN’s hit fishing village reality show, ‘Sister’s Sanjijiksong’!
On May 8, MyDaily reported that ‘Sister’s Sanjijiksong Season 3’ (hereafter ‘Sanjijiksong 3’) has already completed its first filming in Tongyeong, Gyeongsangnam-do. The report claims that original member Yum Jung-ah will be joined by Kim Sun-young, Noh Yoon-seo, and Kang Yoo-seok.
Regarding these rumors, a tvN official told Newsen, “We will provide more information about the cast at a later date,” keeping things mysterious for now.
‘Sanjijiksong 3’ is aiming to air in the second half of this year. If Kim Sun-young, Noh Yoon-seo, and Kang Yoo-seok do join, fans are already excited to see what kind of chemistry they’ll have with Yum Jung-ah!
‘Sister’s Sanjijiksong’ is a fishing village reality program that captures various jobs in seaside villages and seasonal delicacies that can only be tasted locally. The show has been widely loved for the natural, family-like atmosphere created as the members work, eat, and enjoy themselves together around Yum Jung-ah.
The original season, which aired in July 2024, featured Yum Jung-ah, Park Jun-myeon, Ahn Eun-jin, and Dex. In particular, Ahn Eun-jin and Dex received a huge response for their realistic sibling-like chemistry as the “maknae-z.”
Following that, Season 2 aired from April to July last year, showcasing different charms with Yum Jung-ah, Park Jun-myeon, Lim Ji-yeon, and Lee Jae-wook.
Currently, the spin-off program ‘Sister’s Sanjijiksong in Calape’ is airing with Yum Jung-ah, Park Jun-myeon, Kim Hye-yoon, and Dex. In this series, Dex and Kim Hye-yoon are showing off a fresh “maknae line” chemistry for the first time.
