Singer Jay Park recently shared his back workout routine with fans.
On the 14th, a video titled “Jay Park’s festival season where you have to strip down has arrived (ft. Back routine for pulling tight)” was uploaded to his YouTube channel ‘Jay Park-ssi’.
Jay Park visited a gym to demonstrate his back routine, immediately grabbing attention. After crushing over 10 ring pull-ups, he curiously asked his coach, “How many do you usually have to do to be considered good?”
The coach replied that for an adult male, 10 reps is generally considered good, but the production team pointed out that Jay Park often does more than 20!

Jay Park explained his consistency, saying, “I’ve been doing this steadily, and my weight has been almost the same since high school.” When asked about his favorite type of exercise, he gave a very honest answer.
“I love running the most,” he admitted. “I do this [weight training] for the aesthetic and for strength,” a sentiment that many fans found relatable.
He also opened up about how his approach to fitness has changed: “I used to work out for two hours, doing high reps and long sessions. Now, I don’t have that same passion or the time, so I prioritize and just do enough to stay consistent.”
Netizens were impressed, commenting, “He can maintain that body because he works so hard, so cool!” and “It’s amazing how he maintains himself while squeezing in time to work out.”
