72-Year-Old Chairman vs. 27-Year-Old Intern! What's Lee Jun-young's Choice in This Extreme Balance Game?

What if your life was designed through a balance game? What would you choose?

Premiering May 30 (Sat), JTBC’s new weekend drama “신입사원 강회장” (Creator Kim Soon-ok, Written by Hyun Ji-min, Directed by Go Hye-jin, Produced by SLL and Corp Korea, Original work by San-gyeong) tells the “remind life” story of Kang Yong-ho, the chairman of the leading conglomerate Choiseong Group and known as the god of business, who unexpectedly begins a second life after an accident.

Kang Yong-ho (played by Son Hyun-joo) starts his second life in the body of a fit soccer player, Hwang Jun-hyun (played by Lee Jun-young), and is set to enter Choiseong Group as an intern. A third teaser video has been released, giving a glimpse into Kang Yong-ho’s absurd situation after joining the company, drawing significant attention.

The third teaser begins with Hwang Jun-hyun sitting in front of a retro game screen that reads “Welcome to Choiseong Group.” Faced with the first choice, “Become a 72-year-old Chairman VS Become a 27-year-old Intern,” Hwang Jun-hyun chooses the intern. He immediately feels he made the right call, boasting a body that doesn’t get winded while running and can handle drinking soju straight from the bottle.

However, the next choices for Hwang Jun-hyun, who possesses Kang Yong-ho’s soul, become even more brutal. The second option, “Eldest son ruins the company VS Eldest daughter steals the company,” hints at a headache-inducing succession war. Tension rises as Kang Jae-kyung (played by Jeon Hye-jin) confidently declares, “Choiseong is mine now,” while Kang Jae-sung (played by Jin Goo) fires back, “Do you think you’ll become chairman just by doing this?”

The third choice, “Watch youngest daughter’s professional life VS Get scolded by youngest daughter every day,” suggests another struggle awaits Hwang Jun-hyun. He discovers that his youngest daughter, Kang Bang-geul (played by Lee Ju-myung), whom he sent to study abroad, has secretly joined Choiseong Group. After accidentally witnessing her work life, Hwang Jun-hyun explodes with vicarious anger at her team leader, shouting, “What are you doing to someone else’s precious daughter!” while Kang Bang-geul suspiciously asks, “Do you have a hidden daughter?”

The final choice, “Protect Choiseong Group VS Protect my children,” presents the ultimate dilemma. For Chairman Kang Yong-ho, who is inside Hwang Jun-hyun’s body, Choiseong Group is like his own child. Curiosity is growing over whether Kang Yong-ho will choose the company he built or his own flesh and blood.

Through this third teaser, “신입사원 강회장” signals the start of a total mess for Hwang Jun-hyun, who carries Kang Yong-ho’s soul. From an unexpected soul swap to fierce power struggles within the family and an unpredictable office life with his youngest daughter, fans are eager to see Hwang Jun-hyun’s tumultuous intern experience.

The story of Lee Jun-young living as a 27-year-old intern with the soul of a 72-year-old chairman will premiere on May 30 (Sat) at 10:40 PM in the new JTBC weekend drama “신입사원 강회장.”
