On the 14th, Kim Young-hee shared a sweet update on Instagram featuring her husband, Yoon Seung-yeol, tidying up their daughter’s dolls.
However, a sudden hate comment saying “Please donate some money” appeared on the post, leaving many fans shocked.
Kim Young-hee didn’t hold back, boldly replying, “These dolls have my daughter’s touch on them, so I’ve been consistently donating in other ways. Why don’t you join me?”
In reality, Kim Young-hee is well-known for her consistent kindness. She’s a true role model who goes beyond just donating money. She has volunteered at abandoned dog shelters for over 13 years and has welcomed several rescue dogs, including senior dogs, into her family. In 2021, she sponsored feminine products for low-income youth, and during the COVID-19 pandemic, she offered her “talent donation” by hosting weddings across the country to cheer on newlyweds.

She shared, “I couldn’t go when things were financially tough, but I’ve been consistently volunteering with abandoned dogs. I kept visiting and ended up adopting them one by one. Some have passed away, and some are still with me. I plan to visit again whenever I have time.”
Despite calling herself a “livelihood-type comedian,” she has a heart of gold. When asked why she’s so active in doing good, Kim Young-hee revealed, “I say I’m giving, but I feel like I receive more in return. That’s why I love it. Also, since having a child, my perspective has changed. I’m currently sponsoring about four children overseas in my daughter’s name. It’s a small amount every month, but I plan to continue because the emotional reward is so great.”
Meanwhile, the KBS 2TV variety show ‘Malza Show,’ led by Kim Young-hee, airs every Monday at 9:30 PM.
