Trot Singer Pyun Seung-yeop Announces Fourth Marriage to a Wife Two Years His Junior!

Trot singer Pyun Seung-yeop, who has gone through three divorces, has revealed that he is marrying for the fourth time! His new wife is two years younger than him and is marrying for the first time.

Pyun Seung-yeop will share the details of his fourth marriage, which he kept secret for 15 years, and his romantic love story on the 25th episode of MBN’s ‘Kim Ju-ha’s Day & Night’ airing on the 16th.

“Every time I went through a breakup, I vowed that I would never love again,” he shared. He explained the reason for the late announcement, saying, “I didn’t reveal the news of my fourth marriage because of how others might see me, but I felt now was the right time.”

He confessed that their love blossomed after they reconnected when his wife, whom he met by chance, returned to Korea after living in Japan.

He further revealed that his wife is marrying for the first time, adding, “As it turns out, she didn’t marry anyone else and continued to live alone because of me.”

Pyun Seung-yeop spoke warmly of his wife, saying, “My current wife is the person who stayed by my side whenever I faced hard times. She is the one who suffered the most by my side and the one I treated the worst.”

He also opens up about the various businesses he ventured into during his hiatus from performing.

He shares a story about a meat restaurant he once operated, which was so popular that customers would arrive in chartered tour buses. However, he was forced to close it due to the sudden outbreak of the Mad Cow Disease crisis.

He recalled the struggle, stating, “Labor costs alone were 26 million won a month, so I couldn’t sustain it.”

Meanwhile, Pyun Seung-yeop was born in 1964 and is 63 years old this year. He has experienced three previous marriages and divorces and is the father of five children.
