Cortis took the top spot on the live broadcast of KBS2’s ‘Music Bank’ on the 15th! Their new track ‘Red Red’ beat out ILLIT’s ‘It’s Me’ to claim the number one position.
Right after winning, Cortis shared their excitement, saying, “We didn’t expect to take first place on ‘Music Bank’. We want to thank all the fans who love our music and made this possible.”
‘Red Red’ is the title track from Cortis’s second mini album ‘Green Green’, and it has been smashing the group’s personal records. As of the 11th, the song ranked 71st on Spotify’s ‘Daily Top Songs Global’, maintaining its position for 20 consecutive days. They are the first K-pop boy group to debut within the last five years to enter this chart and achieve such long-term success.
The song also dominated domestic music charts on the 11th, ranking 3rd on Melon and hitting 1st place on Bugs.
