Webtoon artist turned entertainer and painter Kian84 recently shared updates about his family home in Jeju and the two rescue dogs his mother adopted.
In the preview for the May 15th episode of MBC’s ‘I Live Alone’ (Episode 647), a glimpse into Kian84’s day was revealed.
During the visit to his mother’s Jeju home, Kian84 shared, “I’m at my mother’s house. We adopted rescue dogs around last winter, and the atmosphere at home has become so much more lively,” expressing his gratitude to the pups for becoming part of the family.
However, the dogs seemed a bit shy around Kian84! He was even more bewildered when his mother proudly announced, “Dalkong became the class president! There were six candidates!” Kian84 reacted with amusement, saying, “The campaign promise is even more ridiculous: ‘I will be a dog that shares snacks with friends.'”
While Kian84 felt a bit left out, his mother’s eyes were practically dripping with love for the dogs. Kian84 joked, “It feels strange. If I had children, my mom would have been happy holding her grandchildren, so it’s a bit confusing,” but concluded, “As long as my mom is happy, that’s all that matters.” He added that we are “living in a peculiar era,” which sparked laughter.
Previously, in 2017 on ‘I Live Alone,’ Kian84 mentioned that after his mother lived in Jeju for a year and expressed how much she loved it, he used his savings to gift her a house there.
