“Go on Single’s Inferno as a Super Catfish!” Chungju-man’s Bombshell Proposal to NMIXX’s Sullyoon

Former Chungju City PR man Kim Sun-tae, who is shaking up the YouTube ecosystem, is making headlines for showing off his “spicy” variety sense with JYP’s top idol, NMIXX’s Sullyoon.

Having recently boosted his popularity with chicken and bank commercials, he turned the set upside down by strongly encouraging Sullyoon to appear on a Netflix dating show.

The buzz started with a video titled “Promoting Sullyoon,” uploaded to Kim Sun-tae’s personal YouTube channel on the 15th.

As Sullyoon appeared as a guest to promote her 5th mini-album, Kim Sun-tae started with a compliment, “You’re really so beautiful,” before hitting her with the provocative question, “Since when did you know you were pretty?”

Sullyoon fired back, saying, “To be honest, since I could understand words,” and showed off her unexpected variety skills, joking, “I’m a case of reverse-transformation” and “I was really pretty as a baby. Of course, all babies are pretty, but I was exceptional.”

The highlight came toward the end of the video. When Sullyoon mentioned she is a fan of the Netflix show “Single’s Inferno” and hopes to be a panelist, Kim Sun-tae didn’t miss the chance to raise the stakes, asking, “How about appearing on it yourself for a special episode?” and “Like a super catfish.”

Both burst into laughter at Chungju-man’s signature raw talk, proposing that an idol actually appear on a dating reality show.

Additionally, Kim Sun-tae asked some pointed questions, such as “Didn’t you pass auditions for all three major agencies?” and “With SM and YG as options, have you ever regretted it?” Sullyoon showed grounded confidence, stating, “I’ve never failed an audition.”

While introducing the new song “Black Valentine,” he threw in a “dad joke” asking “How many years old is it?” and completed their strong variety chemistry with a sharp comment about her trainee days, asking, “Weren’t you impatient? Weren’t you in a lazy situation?”

Regarding a viral photo of her crying at the airport, Sullyoon playfully explained, “Tears just flowed because I was trying to keep my eyes wide open while being photographed.”

Meanwhile, after officially resigning and stepping down from the “Chungju-man” title, Kim Sun-tae is forging his own path, successfully landing consecutive advertisements for large corporations. His personal channel currently has nearly 1.67 million subscribers, proving his powerful influence.
