The Fire Fighters are starting to shake!
In the third episode of Studio C1’s baseball variety show ‘Fire Baseball 2’, releasing May 18 at 8 PM, the Fire Fighters find themselves pushed to the brink by the intense offensive and defensive pressure from Yeoncheon Miracle.
Watching from the dugout, Shin Jae-young senses something is off with starting pitcher Lee Dae-eun. Shin Jae-young’s sharp analysis that “the balance is completely off” instantly ramps up the tension on the field, as the shadow of defeat begins to loom. Flustered by this sudden crisis, Lee Dae-eun pushes through the pressure of the first game of the 2026 season, talking to himself to stay focused while pitching. With victory desperately needed, all eyes are on whether Lee Dae-eun can calm his teammates’ nerves.
The Fighters’ batters, hoping to ease the burden on the mound, struggle as they lose their timing to the opposing pitcher’s unique form. To make matters worse, Yeoncheon Miracle’s airtight defense shuts down the Fighters’ attempts to get on base, leaving the game’s outcome uncertain. Manager Kim Sung-keun is reportedly showing his frustration, frowning as the game does not go according to plan.
To break the suffocating momentum, the Fighters call upon ‘Yeoncheon Miracle spy’ Lim Tae-yoon. Since Lim Tae-yoon knows the opposing team’s strengths inside and out, Yeoncheon Miracle puts up a fierce fight to stop him, creating a nail-biting situation. Fans are eager to see if Lim Tae-yoon can break through the intense marking and set the stage for a score.
