ADOR’s birthday celebration for NewJeans member Haerin is creating a buzz among fans, who are interpreting the newly released photos as a signal for an upcoming comeback.
On the 15th, ADOR posted photos showcasing Haerin’s diverse charms on their official account with the caption “HAPPY HAERIN DAY.”
In the photos, Haerin radiates her signature cat-like charm and a mysterious aura. Specifically, shots of her leaning against a sunlit window and natural mirror selfies mirror her recent sightings in Copenhagen, Denmark, with staff. This has led fans to speculate that these might be behind-the-scenes cuts from the production process for their comeback.
NewJeans previously notified ADOR of their intent to terminate their exclusive contracts in November 2024, but faced legal disputes after losing a lawsuit filed by ADOR in October last year to confirm the validity of the contracts. While all members expressed a desire to return, Haerin, Hyein, and Hanni are the three members who have officially rejoined ADOR so far. Danielle has been notified of her contract termination, and Minji’s status has not yet been officialized, leaving fans curious about the future lineup of NewJeans.
Regarding this, ADOR stated, “The visit to Copenhagen by Haerin, Hyein, and Hanni was part of the pre-production process to capture a new musical narrative for NewJeans.” They added cautiously, “The members are currently preparing for activities according to their individual conditions and schedules, and future plans will be officially announced at the most appropriate time.”
