Actor Ahn Bo-hyun showed off his diverse charms in Cannes, France, ranging from his relatable human side to heartwarming fan service.
On the 12th, a behind-the-scenes video of Ahn Bo-hyun attending the Cannes International Series Festival was uploaded to AM Entertainment’s official YouTube channel. Ahn Bo-hyun previously visited Cannes in April after the new JTBC drama God’s Bead was invited to the non-competitive ‘RENDEZ-VOUS’ section of the festival.
In the video, Ahn Bo-hyun shared glimpses of his humble travel routine. He caught attention with his innocent excitement during his first-ever visit to France. Additionally, as he was traveling with staff members he has worked with for a long time, he showed a comfortable and sweet side, joking around and thoughtfully taking care of them while strolling along the beach and through the streets.
During an interview before meeting local audiences, Ahn Bo-hyun expressed his excitement, saying, “I’m very excited to introduce a Korean historical drama to global fans.” He continued, “Since we worked hard on this project for nearly a year, I really hoped our drama would be well-introduced at such a major official event,” adding, “I feel a sense of responsibility knowing I came to Cannes to represent our drama.”
Throughout his schedule, Ahn Bo-hyun displayed his professional charm, handling everything from photo calls and interviews with foreign media to the world premiere screening and GV (Guest Visit). Local fans gave him a passionate welcome, cheering his name with signs written in Korean. He is currently filming the new SBS Friday-Saturday drama Flex X Cop 2, scheduled to air in the second half of this year.
