Nana took to her SNS on the 12th to send a strong message: “Don’t buy scalped tickets. Cancel your transactions now. Transfers are absolutely not allowed. Are you watching?! I’m watching you with my eyes wide open!”
She also shared a post from a fan criticizing the act of buying and selling scalped tickets. The fan wrote, “Please do not purchase tickets from scalpers. All profits from this event will be used for the public good. Instead of letting malicious people make money, it’s better to pass on Nana’s kindness by spending money where it’s needed and helping more people.”

Additionally, it was announced that “Cancellations for orders placed between May 11, 2026 (Mon) 20:00 (KST) and May 14 (Thu) 23:59 (KST) will be processed normally. Furthermore, transactions identified as abnormal may be canceled without prior notice according to the operating policy. Monitoring to prevent abnormal transactions is ongoing, and they will be reviewed and processed sequentially.”
Nana will hold the ‘NANA Lunch Meet & Greet’ on May 30 to spend quality time with her fans. This event is even more meaningful as Nana personally participated in the planning to create a comfortable space where they can share a delicious meal and conversation.
The event will take place on May 30 at 12 PM. Participation rights will be sold on a first-come, first-served basis through the DEAR MY MUSE online mall from May 11 at 8 PM to May 14 at 11:59 PM. Individual notifications will be sent to purchasers after 3 PM on May 15.
Meanwhile, Nana recently starred as informant Hwang Jung-won in the ENA drama ‘Climax,’ which ended this past April.

The organizers and sellers will not be held responsible for any damages resulting from transactions or transfers through unofficial channels (private trades, second-hand sites, SNS, open chats, etc.), and cancellations or refunds for such cases are not possible.

Attendees of the ‘NANA Lunch Meet & Greet’ will be allowed entry only after verifying their purchase history and presenting a physical ID.
Valid IDs include: Passports or Alien Registration Cards for foreigners, and Resident Registration Cards, Driver’s Licenses, or Passports for Koreans.
A maximum of 2 tickets (for 2 people) can be purchased per ID. If 3 or more are purchased, the excess will be canceled without notice.
Purchases made multiple times using the same information may also result in the excess being canceled without notice.
Fans are asked to cancel tickets they cannot use. If multiple accounts are found using the same name or contact information, bookings may be restricted or canceled.
To prevent fraudulent trading, the event will use a system where canceled tickets are automatically released at random times.
