Boyfriend grabbed fans’ attention on the 11th by revealing the tracklist and credits for their 6th mini album, ‘Boyager 6’, via their official SNS channels.
The released image features the six members against a backdrop of blue skies and clouds. The sophisticated visuals capture their new voyage as they gather once again after a long time, ramping up anticipation for the new release.
According to the tracklist, the album will feature a total of six tracks infused with Boyfriend’s signature lyrical and nostalgic emotions, including the title track ‘Our Voices That Embroidered the Night Sky’, as well as ‘Deja vu’, ‘Footprints’, ‘Today Too’, and ‘Time Limit’.
‘Boyager 6’ is a combination of the words ‘Boy’ and ‘Voyager’, condensing Boyfriend’s 15-year trajectory into a single album. It carries a message of six separate coordinates coming together once more to begin a new journey toward their dreams.
In particular, member Jungmin participated in writing the lyrics for four songs, including the title track, for the fans who have waited a long time, and showcased his musical capabilities by taking charge of the overall album production. Furthermore, all members were deeply involved in the entire production process, from the planning stage to recording direction and choreography creation, adding sincerity to this 15th anniversary album.
Boyfriend’s 6th mini album ‘Boyager 6’, returning with a more mature sensibility, will be officially released on May 26 at 6 PM through various online music sites.
