“Chinese cuisine goddess” Chef Park Eun-young has candidly shared everything from her love story with her fiancé to the glamorous lineup for her wedding!
On May 12, Park Eun-young appeared on her YouTube channel, ‘Bob Eun-young,’ to answer fans’ questions about her marriage.
When asked about her fiancé’s appearance, who he resembles among celebrities, and their age difference, she revealed, “There is a one-year age difference.”
With a shy smile, she added, “My husband has been looking a bit tired lately, but when he’s at his best, I think he looks like Ha Seok-jin,” catching everyone’s attention.
Previously, Park Eun-young mentioned her fiancé’s looks on the YouTube channel ‘Baby Beast Kim Si-hyun.’ Chef Kim Si-hyun, who has actually met the groom, praised him highly, saying, “He is truly handsome. He’s very tall and has great skin. Seeing the two of them standing side by side was impressive; they look so good together.”
While communicating with fans during a baking session, Park Eun-young shared her thoughts on preparing for a wedding amidst a busy schedule. She coolly remarked, “People ask how I manage wedding prep while being so busy, but you just end up doing it. In fact, the wedding part is easy.”
She explained, “There are so many people helping with the wedding. The wedding planner handles everything step-by-step, and I just have to make the decisions, so preparing for the ceremony feels easier.”
The lineup for the wedding’s congratulatory songs is also creating a buzz. Park Eun-young revealed that Chef Choi Hyun-seok, whom she knows through JTBC’s ‘Please Take Care of My Refrigerator’ and Netflix’s ‘Culinary Class Wars,’ is preparing a song.
Adding to the excitement, singer IVY is also expected to perform a congratulatory song.
She also shared the behind-the-scenes story of her first meeting with her fiancé. “We met through a blind date. We had one a few years ago that didn’t work out, but we met again and it worked this time,” she explained.
She recalled, “Even after the blind date, we occasionally kept in touch. We would meet whenever I visited Korea, and we gradually grew closer.”
While working in Hong Kong, Park Eun-young maintained a long-distance relationship with her fiancé in Korea. She surprised fans by revealing, “Because it was such a long-distance relationship, my fiancé felt burdened before we started dating, but I flew back to Korea once a week. I was so busy that I took the plane eight times a month.”
Meanwhile, Park Eun-young will tie the knot with her doctor fiancé this May at the Shilla Hotel.
