A Hollywood star sighting that had everyone asking “Is this AI?” has finally reached a surprising conclusion.

On the 9th, photos claiming to show Brad Pitt in Seoul’s Bukchon Hanok Village went viral among fans. Actor Jung Yoon-min posted a photo on his account with the caption, “Meeting ‘Bread-hyung’ in the alleys of Bukchon.”

The photo captured the two standing side-by-side against the backdrop of a traditional Hanok alley. While Jung Yoon-min beamed at the camera, Brad Pitt drew attention with his signature relaxed expression. Looking effortless in a navy shirt, Brad Pitt showcased his timeless charm and charisma, proving his “world star” presence.
However, since there was no official schedule for a visit to Korea, netizens began questioning the photo, with comments like “Is this AI-generated?” and “Is this even real?” sparking a debate over its authenticity.

Jung Yoon-min initially remained silent, adding to the mystery, but he eventually stepped forward to clear things up.
On the 11th, he explained via his personal account, “I’m sharing this because so many people asked if he visited Korea after seeing the Bukchon photo.” He revealed, “In conclusion, the image was AI-generated.” He added, “It was actually scary how precisely real people and backgrounds could be implemented. I shared it to raise awareness, but it received more attention than expected.” He further noted, “It’s amazing that technology has advanced to the point where this even became a news article. Please be careful not to be fooled by fake images.”

Brad Pitt previously visited Korea in 2022 to promote the movie ‘Bullet Train,’ while Jung Yoon-min continues to be active across theater, dramas, and films.
