On the May 22 broadcast of MBN’s ‘Jun Hyun-moo’s Plan 3’, Fly to the Sky members Brian and Hwanhee appeared as guests.
While searching for “red flavors” in Gangneung, the duo opened up about past rumors of discord. When Jun Hyun-moo asked, “Don’t people still ask if you two are close?” Hwanhee replied, “I hear that question cautiously. They ask, ‘Are you guys okay now?’ but we never actually had a discord like that.”
They also addressed the rumors sparked by a performance where they sang with their backs turned to each other. Hwanhee explained, “Brian was feeling a bit sensitive that day. We fought over something trivial in the car.” He added, “We were young and hot-blooded back then. I was so angry that I smashed a trash can before heading up to the stage.”
He surprised everyone by adding, “But once we got up there, we harmonized naturally. We performed like machines, as if we hadn’t fought at all.”
As for what happened after the performance, Hwanhee answered, “Things naturally resolve once the stage is over.” Brian also caught attention by saying, “It just happens naturally; we forget why we were even upset in the first place.”
