On the 15th, a video titled “The Reason Why Jewelry’s Ha Ju-yeon Didn’t Appear on Reformed Seo In-young | Single Life” was uploaded to the YouTube channel ‘Annyeong-hasemyo’.
In the video, Ha Ju-yeon shared her daily routine of commuting to a showroom in Seoul Forest. She revealed that she is currently working as a manager at a showroom for a French kitchenware brand. Ha Ju-yeon showed her down-to-earth side, saying, “I always take the subway. It’s not inconvenient at all,” and added with a laugh, “I didn’t even know how much subway fares were before, but now I use the Climate Card.”
She also looked back on her time with Jewelry. Ha Ju-yeon recalled, “I felt that concepts like ‘You’re So Good’ didn’t really suit me,” noting that things changed once rap was introduced starting with ‘One More Time’. She remembered the group’s peak, saying, “We were really successful back then. We did as many as eight events in a single day. There wasn’t a single province we hadn’t visited.”
She specifically remembered the Hullala Chicken commercial events, laughing, “We even transformed into chicken!” Hearing this, Seo In-young joined in via a phone call, recreating the choreography by saying, “You have to shake your hips,” which caused a burst of laughter. Seo In-young showed her lasting affection, saying, “Now, we’re just grateful if someone calls us. Unnie is so proud of you.”
However, when the topic of a reunion came up, Ha Ju-yeon gave a realistic answer. She honestly confessed, “I’m not sure about a Jewelry reunion. I don’t think my body can handle the dancing anymore.”
