Get Ready for Chaos! 'Wild Thing' Teases a Hilarious and Rocky Comeback Journey

The movie ‘Wild Thing’ is gearing up for a journey that is as chaotic as it is hilarious!

On the 11th, the team behind ‘Wild Thing’ unveiled the main poster and official trailer.

‘Wild Thing’ is a comedy about ‘Triangle,’ a co-ed dance group that once dominated the music industry but disbanded overnight after an unexpected incident. Now, 20 years later, they are taking a reckless leap to seize a once-in-a-lifetime chance at a comeback.

The main poster shows five characters facing a crisis next to a smoking, broken-down car under a bright sky. The vibe is all over the place: ‘Triangle’ members Hyun-woo (Kang Dong-won), Sang-gu (Uhm Tae-goo), and Do-mi (Park Ji-hyun) are desperately trying to hitchhike, while Sung-gon (Oh Jung-se) casually strikes the group’s signature ‘Love You’ pose from their heyday. Meanwhile, Yong-gu (Shin Ha-kyun), the former CEO of ‘Triangle’s agency, looks completely unfazed.

The caption, “Today, we are definitely standing on that stage,” hints at their desperate and funny struggle to grab this final opportunity.

The trailer quickly captures the glamorous peak and the sudden downfall of ‘Triangle,’ the legendary co-ed group produced by ‘Yong-gu Records.’ After years of being forgotten by the public, Hyun-woo finds a glimmer of hope to return to the stage and sets out to find his former members, only to be met with cold indifference.

After many twists and turns, ‘Triangle’ reunites and is joined by Sung-gon, the eternal second-place ballad prince. Their journey to the concert venue is a total disaster, featuring unpredictable moments like a nail-biting chase with a police car that promises non-stop laughs.

At the end of the trailer, Hyun-woo looks straight into the camera and says, “See you soon,” leaving everyone wondering if they will actually make it to the stage.

‘Wild Thing’ will hit theaters nationwide on June 3rd.
