
Plus M Entertainment and publisher Changbi announced the Grand Prize winner of the ‘2026 Changbi Story Contest’ on the 15th.
The ‘2026 Changbi Story Contest’ was open to all genres to discover works that focus on the inherent fun and emotion of storytelling. A total of 473 entries were submitted, and the winners were selected by a judging panel consisting of critic Kang Su-hwan, writers Park Sang-young and Park So-young, director Lee Eon-hee, and a group of readers in their 10s and 20s.
The Grand Prize was awarded to writer Lee Mi-jung for the novel ‘Gyeongseong Typeface Mystery’. This mystery piece features lively characters and a cheerful tone, with impressive details that perfectly capture the atmosphere of the 1930s.
The winner will receive 20 million won, and the winning work will be published as a book by Changbi. Additionally, Plus M Entertainment is reviewing the story for a potential movie or series adaptation!
