Actress Han Groo has revealed the secrets behind her health management.

Recently, Han Groo shared several photos on social media along with a caption: “These days, I feel that taking care of my body’s condition is more important than just eating less like I used to. So I try to eat vegetables as often as possible! Even if I can’t make it to the gym, I’m trying to stay consistent with things like walking or stretching. However, it’s not always easy to stick to a routine when I have filming schedules or irregular meal times.”

The photos captured various moments from Han Groo’s daily life. Known for her thorough self-care and consistent exercise, she showed off a slender figure that makes it hard to believe she is a mother of twins. In a previous interview, Han Groo revealed that she is actually a big eater who can finish 4 to 5 servings of meat by herself, but she maintains her physique through steady Pilates and yoga.

Han Groo married a man nine years her senior in 2015 and gave birth to twins in March 2017, later announcing her divorce in September 2022. She is currently raising her twins as a single mother.
