Model-turned-actor Ahn Jae-hyun recently set out to capture some precious family memories with his pet cat.
In the 645th episode of MBC’s ‘I Live Alone’ aired on the 1st, Ahn Jae-hyun was shown struggling to take family photos with Anju, his pet cat who has been his sibling, friend, and shadow for 13 years.
Ahn Jae-hyun explained, “Actually, it’s not easy to go out with a cat. I’ve made up my mind today to visit a self-photo studio with Anju to leave a family photo.”
Fellow cat owner Code Kunst expressed his envy, saying, “Hyung is truly blessed to have a cat that can go outside. If I tried to take my cat out, that day would be the last day of my life.”
Ahn Jae-hyun confessed, “Anju is already 13 years old. That’s almost 70 in human years. We haven’t taken any family photos since last Chuseok. Thinking about the Chuseok photo is like a nightmare. He looked lonely, and it was too disappointing to put in a frame.”
Feeling that taking photos alone left too much to be desired, he visited a self-photo studio. He explained that there are many self-photo studios these days specifically designed for taking photos with pet cats.
Ahn Jae-hyun worked up a sweat trying to make sure Anju’s face came out perfectly. The Rainbow members reacted to his state, asking, “It seems like you’ve lost more weight” and “Why are you sweating so much?” By the end of the episode, the successful photos were revealed, creating a heartwarming moment that made all his hard work worth it.
