The members of ‘Ni-don-nae-san Dokbak Tour 4’ enter a collective reflection mode after encountering a chilling legend in a hot spring village in Nagasaki, Japan.
In the episode airing on the 16th of the Channel S and SK Broadband co-produced variety show ‘Ni-don-nae-san Dokbak Tour 4’, Kim Dae-hee, Kim Jun-ho, Jang Dong-min, Yoo Se-yoon, and Hong In-gyu continue their journey through Nagasaki. The members enjoy a unique healing trip, visiting the Unzen hot spring area and famous seaside open-air baths.
While admiring the steam rising throughout the hot spring village, Kim Jun-ho begins to share a spooky legend, saying, “There is a famous story here called ‘Oito Jigoku’ (Oito Hell).”
He builds the tension, explaining, “Long ago, a woman living in Shimabara Castle had an affair behind her husband’s back, which eventually led to a great tragedy.” When the shocking conclusion is revealed, the members are left speechless. Hong In-gyu, looking terrified, suddenly pours out a confession, saying, “I will live a good life from now on,” sparking bursts of laughter.
Despite the eerie atmosphere, the trip continues. The members then move to another Nagasaki landmark, the Obama hot spring village. Kim Jun-ho explains the meaning behind the name, noting, “It’s not the name of the US president, but a word in Japanese meaning ‘small coast’.”
The members then enter an open-air bath where they can admire the ocean right in front of them, expressing their amazement. While everyone is satisfied with the open scenery, Kim Jun-ho steals the spotlight by appearing in a uniquely prepared swimsuit. Seeing this, Hong In-gyu jokes, “Hyung, you’re really hot today,” turning the scene into a sea of laughter.
Toward the end of the trip, the final game to determine the biggest ‘Dokbak’ (loser) of the ‘Busan & Nagasaki’ series takes place. The members burn with competitive spirit to avoid the penalty, which involves eating ‘X-Jjamppong’, a bizarre dish created by the members themselves. With a visual that is shocking just to look at, curiosity grows over which member will end up eating the worst penalty food.
