Actress Shin Ye-eun recently cleared up the mystery behind her viral “one-shot pose” from an international film festival.
During the May 24 broadcast of JTBC’s variety show ‘Please Take Care of My Refrigerator’ (냉부해), Shin Ye-eun appeared as a guest and shared some honest stories.
The MCs brought up her unique pose at the film festival, which had become a hot topic online after she was seen confidently posing for the camera all by herself.
Explaining the situation, Shin Ye-eun said, “We had actually agreed to all pose together when the camera caught us.” She added, “But when the camera actually arrived, no one else did it. So I was the only one who did.” She laughed as she admitted, “As a result, I became the only person doing something weird,” leaving the studio in stitches.
The conversation then turned to her bright and cheerful personality. When asked if she always has such high energy, Shin Ye-eun surprised everyone by confessing, “Not really. I’m actually an introvert.”
Shin Ye-eun also revealed the contents of her refrigerator. When the hosts noticed it was emptier than expected, she explained, “I usually have more, but I’ve been so busy lately.” She added, “Since I’m not very good at cooking, ingredients often spoil, so I’ve kept it mostly empty.” She even coolly admitted her lack of cooking skills, referencing previous shows, which added to the laughter.
Shin Ye-eun’s unfiltered honesty and unexpected charms outside the screen brought plenty of laughs to the viewers.
