On the 22nd, Cube Entertainment announced via their official social media, “After long discussions with our artist Kwon Eunbin, we have decided to terminate the exclusive contract.”
Cube praised her journey, stating, “Since debuting as a member of CLC in 2016, Kwon Eunbin showed outstanding capabilities as a versatile all-rounder, handling vocals, rap, and dance as the group’s youngest member. Starting in 2018, she challenged herself as an actress and expanded her spectrum with sincere performances in various works.”
Currently, the Kwon Eunbin page on the internet archive site ‘Namuwiki’ is set to private with a notice stating, “Temporary measures have been taken at the request of the rights holder.” It has been confirmed that Kwon Eunbin personally submitted this request.
In the request for suspension sent to Namuwiki, Kwon Eunbin honestly confessed, “I have effectively stopped my activities in the entertainment industry, and I have already taken down my public profiles from major portal sites like Naver.”
She added, “I wish to return to the life of a private citizen and live quietly. However, since the Namuwiki document remains public, I continue to experience privacy exposure and mental burden. Therefore, I politely request the deletion of the document according to my will.”
