The upcoming episode of KBS2’s ‘Immortal Songs’ airing on the 23rd is a special featuring the ‘Seoul Spring Festival 2026’. This event took place on May 4th at the iconic Han River, bringing together about 6,000 citizens.

The lineup was star-studded, featuring Amutda Band, Jinusean, Hou, Chae Yeon, Tei, Lee Chan-won, STAYC, and NCT WISH. From 4th and 5th generation idols to Y2K artists who bring back nostalgic vibes, it was a true festival for all generations. Word has it that god’s unit Hou closed out the special with a finale that led to a legendary sing-along.

The artists didn’t just perform their hits; they also chose special songs themed around Seoul to ramp up the excitement. Amutda Band performed Zoo’s ‘At the Subway Station in front of City Hall’, Chae Yeon took on Joo Hyun-mi’s ‘That Person in Sinsa-dong’, and Lee Chan-won got the crowd moving with Kim Hye-yeon’s ‘Seoul Daejeon Daegu Busan’.

Curiosity is peaking as the three MCs, Shin Dong-yup, Lee Chan-won, and Kim Jun-hyun, along with Amutda Band, reportedly hosted a special segment with the citizens. You can catch these cross-generational performances in the upcoming broadcast.
