Singer Do Won-kyung is feeling a bit envious of Sohyang’s “big mouth”!
Today’s (16th) episode of KBS2’s ‘Immortal Songs’ (Episode 756) will shine a spotlight on the unrivaled musical world of the ‘Witch of Sound,’ Han Young-ae, who is celebrating her 50th debut anniversary.
In the waiting room, Sohyang’s mouth size became a hot topic, sparking plenty of laughs. Legendary female rocker Do Won-kyung, making her first appearance on ‘Immortal Songs,’ revealed her surprising thoughts, saying, “I felt intimidated after seeing Sohyang’s mouth size.” Do Won-kyung gave a thumbs up, adding, “Sohyang’s mouth is ten times bigger than mine. For a singer, if you have a big mouth, you’ve already won when it comes to volume and vocalization.”
Sohyang will deliver a reinterpretation of Han Young-ae’s ‘Tuning.’ Word has it that while warming up before the main stage, a surprising incident occurred where her explosive vocal volume actually caused her in-ear monitor to burst! After watching the performance, Lee Chan-won was left speechless, remarking, “I don’t think even Celine Dion or Mariah Carey could do it like that.” The episode airs today (16th) at 6:05 PM.
