“I’m Young-sil!” Go Youn-jung Awakens and Shakes Up ‘Mo-Ja-Mu-Ssa’

In the series, Go Youn-jung plays PD Byeon Eun-ah, a woman trapped by past wounds and trauma. She realistically portrays a character who once earned recognition for her sharp review skills but gradually lost her confidence amidst jealousy and verbal abuse from those around her.

Go Youn-jung’s deep gaze and restrained emotional acting have been praised for bringing Byeon Eun-ah’s narrative—that “a person can crumble from a single look or a single word”—to life, significantly increasing the show’s immersion.

Whenever Byeon Eun-ah feels “abandoned,” she suffers from severe physical symptoms. The tension rises as she experiences nosebleeds and body pain, while strange phenomena also begin to occur to the people who hurt her.

Amidst this mysterious atmosphere, Go Youn-jung dominates the screen by meticulously layering anger, pain, and suppressed emotions rather than just simple fear.

Most notably, recent episodes have begun to depict Byeon Eun-ah’s journey to overcome her trauma. She provided intense catharsis by standing her ground and confronting CEO Choi Dong-hyun (Choi Won-young), who had previously ignored and pressured her.

The scene where she faces her biological mother, Oh Jung-hee (Bae Jong-ok), was also a highlight. She earned praise from viewers by expressing a complex mix of anger, contempt, and pain using only her eyes.

Finally, Byeon Eun-ah shed the pen name she had been hiding behind and revealed that she is actually “Young-sil,” signaling a new turning point. Fans are now eager to see how the story of Byeon Eun-ah, who has stepped out of her shell and into the world, will conclude.

The production team shared, “In the remaining two episodes, we will portray how Byeon Eun-ah escapes the trauma that has dominated her for a long time, accompanied by explosive emotional acting.”

Episode 11 will air on the 23rd at 10:40 PM, and the final episode will air on the 24th at 10:30 PM.
