A person referred to as “Injection Aunt” (A), who is accused of providing illegal medical procedures to celebrities including Park Na-rae, Kii, and YouTuber Ip-jjalbeun Haetnim, has returned to the spotlight after posting a cryptic message on social media.
On the 20th, A shared a lengthy post on social media expressing complex emotions. Starting with “Trust can sometimes save a person, but trust given to just anyone eventually returns as pain and responsibility,” A reflected on human relationships and trust.
A continued, “I endured, trusted, and waited for a long time,” adding, “Now I know. I feel that there is a price for trust. The choices I took lightly, the relationships I took for granted, all those actions eventually have consequences,” reflecting on the past.
A further added a lingering warning, stating, “Time will eventually show how I was used and why I was used.”
Along with the post, A revealed text messages exchanged with an acquaintance. A hinted at the situation, saying, “Only after things blew up did they tell me to delete all the messages. Do they think I deleted everything?”
The revealed messages included content such as “XX knows about how I was introduced to XX and Hyunmoo hyung XXX,” drawing attention due to the private mentions suggesting relationships with specific individuals.
Meanwhile, A is suspected of performing illegal medical acts for Park Na-rae, Kii, and Ip-jjalbeun Haetnim. It is reported that A prescribed IV drips and antidepressants at home, in vehicles, and at overseas filming locations without a domestic medical license.
Currently, A is under police investigation for violations of the Medical Act, Pharmaceutical Affairs Act, and the Narcotics Control Act regarding psychotropic drugs. A travel ban was imposed at the end of January this year. Last month, A revealed having undergone a police investigation for about 9 hours, stating, “I clearly denied what was not true and admitted to the parts where I was lacking.” After deleting that post, A further fueled the controversy by posting, “9 hours of investigation. Now it’s your turn. Especially one man.”

Trust can sometimes save a person,
but trust given to just anyone
eventually returns as pain and responsibility.
I endured, trusted, and waited for a long time.
But now I know.
That there is a price for trust.
The choices I took lightly,
the relationships I took for granted,
all those actions eventually have consequences.
How I was used…
Why I was used…
It’s time for time to show.
