ITZY, the group behind the viral “Daechu No No” trend, has just unveiled the music video teaser for their new song ‘Motto’.
Ahead of the release of their new mini album ‘Motto’ and the title track of the same name on May 18, ITZY dropped the teaser on May 13 at midnight.
The released video captures everyone’s attention with the sleek dance lines of Yeji, Lia, Ryujin, Chaeryeong, and Yuna set to a refreshing beat. The choreography was created by HAEINYSS and YURI, who previously worked on the performance for ‘THAT’S A NO NO’ from their second mini album, which became a hot topic during the ‘TUNNEL VISION’ world tour. The highlight is the bold and refreshing movements that perfectly match the song’s vibe, promising an exciting new synergy.
The new album ‘Motto’ features a total of eight tracks, starting with the title track ‘Motto’, which boasts a mysterious, multi-dimensional sound and energetic lyrics. It also includes ‘Glitch’, ‘you And I’, and five unique solo tracks: ‘Pocket (Yeji)’, ‘Asylum (Lia)’, ‘LOOK (Ryujin)’, ‘Undefined (Chaeryeong)’, and ‘Tangerine (Yuna)’. Renowned domestic and international producers such as Sim Eun-ji, Lee Woo-min “collapsedone”, KASS, and Justin Reinstein teamed up for ITZY’s latest work.
Before the official release of the mini album ‘Motto’ on May 18 at 6 PM, ITZY will connect with fans worldwide through a Countdown Live at 5 PM.
