The stars of the movie ‘Gunche’ are officially kicking off their promotional relay!

The team behind Director Yeon Sang-ho’s new film ‘Gunche’ (Distributed by Showbox; Produced by WOWPOINT, Smilegate; Co-produced by Midnight Studio) announced that the lead stars will appear on KBS Cool FM’s ‘Park Myung-soo’s Radio Show’ and the YouTube channel ‘Channel 15ya’ today (8th).

‘Gunche’ is a film about isolated survivors fighting against infected individuals who evolve in unpredictable ways inside a building sealed off due to a mysterious infection. It has already garnered huge attention before its release after being officially invited to the Midnight Screening section of the 79th Cannes Film Festival.

To spread the word, the ‘Gunche’ team is heading to KBS Cool FM’s ‘Park Myung-soo’s Radio Show’ and YouTube’s ‘Channel 15ya’. First, Director Yeon Sang-ho and Shin Hyun-bin will appear on ‘Park Myung-soo’s Radio Show’ at 11 AM today to share various stories about the movie. Having collaborated for the third time through ‘Gunche’, the two will discuss their teamwork and dive deep into the film, ramping up anticipation for future viewers.

Then, at 6 PM, Director Yeon Sang-ho, Jun Ji-hyun, Koo Kyo-hwan, Ji Chang-wook, Shin Hyun-bin, and Kim Shin-rok will appear on ‘Na Young-seok’s Waggle Waggle’ on the ‘Channel 15ya’ YouTube channel to showcase the unique chemistry of Team ‘Gunche’.

They are expected to have a delightful conversation, candidly sharing everything from vivid behind-the-scenes stories to their acting chemistry. In particular, reports say the atmosphere on set was heartwarming as Director Yeon Sang-ho showed special affection for the actors, even bringing food himself.

Meanwhile, Director Yeon Sang-ho’s new work ‘Gunche’, featuring the passionate performances of Jun Ji-hyun, Koo Kyo-hwan, Ji Chang-wook, Shin Hyun-bin, Kim Shin-rok, and Go Soo, will be released in Korea on May 21.
