Jun Ji-hyun Shares Her Fitness Secrets:

On the 8th, a video titled “The Gunche Team and Waggle Board the Yeon-niverse” was released on the YouTube channel ‘Channel Fullmoon’.

In the video, Jun Ji-hyun, Koo Kyo-hwan, Ji Chang-wook, Shin Hyun-bin, Kim Shin-rok, and director Yeon Sang-ho from the movie ‘Gunche’ appeared and shared various stories.

PD Na Young-seok asked about the ‘Gunche’ team’s get-togethers, and Koo Kyo-hwan said, “I bring the snacks I want to eat.” Shin Hyun-bin admired Koo Kyo-hwan’s sense, saying, “He orders pizza with amazing customizations. He ordered some for us, and it was delicious. He adds toppings to the basic pizza, and I didn’t know what they were, so I asked. When I saw the receipt, it was as long as a grocery store receipt.”

Director Yeon Sang-ho added, “He brings a lot of vegetables and shares them with people around him. The beef jerky was really delicious. It wasn’t like the jerky I’ve had before. It was my first time trying that kind of jerky.”

Regarding her self-care, Jun Ji-hyun explained, “When filming, if I eat too much, I can’t concentrate well and get sleepy, so I’m more careful during shoots.” As for exercise, she shared, “I do PT and have been doing kickboxing lately. I went for boxing, but I was puzzled because they kept telling me to kick, and it turned out the teacher was a kickboxing instructor. After doing it, I wanted to get better at kicking. When we were young, we had many moments of running and playing until our hearts raced. As we get older, those moments disappear, but I love kickboxing because it’s a workout that really leaves me breathless.”

To this, PD Na Young-seok joked, “I think you’ll be the one to survive the longest here,” which sparked laughter.
